Our Two Year product warranty provides 100% coverage of parts and labor, starting from date of commercial invoice with access to 24x7 emergency support, offsite correction and monitoring and repair/replacement of defective components.

To cancel, change or check on an existing order, please email and we will do everything we can to help you. Please note, orders that have already been processed may not be cancelled or changed.

It is critical to inspect the product upon delivery and ensure the correct product has been ordered and no damage has occurred during shipping process. In the unlikely event that items have been damaged during the shipping process can be returned and a replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible with no cost to the client. We’ll work with you throughout the entire process so please email your sales representative with any questions or issues.
